Full Terms & Conditions

• Elite Program rebate codes can only be used at the dealer identified in your email.
• Offer valid for IN-STORE purchases only in the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada. Online purchases are NOT eligible.
• Rebate is only valid for qualifying models purchased from March 15, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
  Purchases made outside of this date range will not be considered.
• Rebate request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase date. Requests submitted after October 31, 2026 will not be honored. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your rebate. Your rebate will arrive in electronic format via an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com. Please add that email address to your Safe Senders list when you submit your rebate.
• Rebate request must be submitted ONLINE. Mailed in requests, duplicate, incomplete, and improperly completed submissions will NOT be honored.
• Rebate code must be submitted during the warranty registration to receive the rebate. Warranty registrations without the rebate code will be processed for warranty registration only and will not receive any rebate.

• Proof of purchase is required. Handwritten receipts, sales history receipts, barcode labels or credit card statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Claims that do not comply with the terms of this offer will be rejected.
• Rebate is not redeemable at the place of purchase. Dealer is not authorized to pay the rebate at the time of sale. Maytronics will be the sole and final interpreter of whether any particular attempted submission complies with the rules and regulations governing this offer.
• Only one (1) rebate allowed per household regardless of the number of units purchased. This offer may not be combined with any other offer. Maytronics reserves the right to modify or withdraw this rebate promotion at any time and for any reason.
• This offer is available to retail customers only. Dealers, builders, service professionals and distributors are not eligible for this promotion.

General Provisions

• No modification or waiver of any of the terms of this agreement shall be allowed unless by written agreement signed by Maytronics. No waiver of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the same or similar nature.
• In the event that any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and e ect.
• This agreement is the entire agreement concerning the subject matter between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties, oral or written.
• This agreement shall be deemed to have been made in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and shall be interpreted, and the rights and liabilities of the parties hereto determined in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to the conflict of laws principles. The parties consent and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, for the determination of any and all issues between the parties related to this agreement. Nothing in this clause limits the right of MAYTRONICS to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or otherwise. P&J irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, waives any right to a jury in any proceedings, and agrees to be subject to the Georgia Long Arm Statute for service of process.
